At Shift, we are passionate about advancing research in the area of concussion evaluation and management so that we can play a role in moving the field forward. There is still so much to learn about this complex injury and we know that our clinicians and patients can help shed light through their participation in research initiatives. At any given time we may be recruiting for various clinical trials on behalf of our research partners, and when this is the case, we will post more information here. If you are a concussion patient interested in study participation or a prospective research partner looking to recruit - please don't hesitate to contact us!

Neurovine Research Study (2021):

We are so excited to announce our partnership with Neurovine Concussion Recovery Solutions.

Neurovine uses an EEG headband and heart rate monitor to get people active and send real-time reporting to concussion patients' mobile devices when they begin to show signs of cognitive and physical overexertion. This means our patients will be able to make informed decisions without fear of recovery regression, and our physiotherapists will be able to prescribe and keep track of our patients’ recovery. With Neurovine's data and our expertise, concussion patients will have the support needed to recover.
